These classes are designed to tone and strengthen your entire body and leave you feeling empowered, inspired and ready to show the world your best self. Meet Lanie!

Lanie is a 400hr- RYT in power vinyasa, ashtanga and yin as well as having a background in personal training. She has studied under vinyasa teacher Jonah Kest, who comes from a lineage of ashtanga teachers. Lanie likes creating powerful dynamic flows while still incorporating the essence of yoga through meditation and yin. Lanie has taken her practice all over the world from Australia, Costa Rica, New Jersey, Italy, Spain, Florida and now Hawaii. When not teaching yoga she is a flight attendant exploring her passion for travel and the outdoors!
