Grapefruit and Mint Body Scrub
This refreshing and zingy scrub is something I just cannot get enough of, not only does it do wonders for your skin, but also smells AMAZING!
All you need is 3 simple ingredients and a storage jar.
-1 cup of Sugar (we recommend organic or brown sugar)
-1/2 cup of coconut or olive oil
-1 grapefruit zest
– a squeeze of grapefruit juice
-10 drops of peppermint essential oil
Mix everything together into a thick paste (add more sugar to make it thicker). Apply generously to dry skin and wash off.
Coffee Face Mask
Love coffee? Do something with those used coffee grounds and make a nourishing face mask, filled with natural antioxidants it brightens skin and makes a perfect natural exfoliator.
All you need is 2 simple ingredients and a storage jar.
-2 tablespoons of coffee
-oil (coconut, argan or olive oil work well)
Mix together adding the oil slowly until you reach a desired consistency.
Apply to your face in a circular motion exfoliating the skin, and then leave for 5 to 10 minutes.
Wash your face with warm water and pat dry with a soft towel.
Peppermint Foot Scrub
Love them or hate them your feet take you everywhere you want to go! They deserve some love right? This coarse salt scrub will remove any rough skin and leave your feet feeling soft and smooth.
All you need is:
– 1 cup sea salt
– 1/4 cup oil (olive or almond works well)
– 10 drops of peppermint essential oil
-1 peppermint tea bag (optional)
Mix all the ingredients together and massage onto the feet for 5-10min focusing on hard areas of skin. Wash off with warm water and towel dry.
