Do you find your wrist hurting during a yoga class and need to take a break? Inversion poses such as down dog, handstands and hand balances can be tricky and even painful if you haven’t warmed up your wrists. We all have different mobility in our wrists and fingers, but we can work on increasing our mobility by warming up before class and opposing each movement we do. These easy exercises you can do from absolutely anywhere and are a great warm up before yoga, but also great for other sports such as tennis, aerial circus, snowboarding and surfing. Also if you spend all day at a desk these are all super helpful to avoid repetitive strain injury.
